As a DV cleared Data Migration Engineer, you will contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions that help safeguard the security of the UK and its allies. In this role, you will join a dynamic team that offers clear career progression and continuous learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse requirements and design data migration solutions.
• Implement, test, and configure code using traditional RDBMS or Big Data approaches.
• Follow industry practices and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful data migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues.
Key Requirements:
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (SQL, Python, Scala).
• Strong knowledge of data storage solutions (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elastic, Hadoop, MongoDB, etc.).
Eligibility Criteria:
• MOD DV Clearance.
• UK National.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
