Field Services Engineer

What is the purpose of this position? To undertake the installation, planned preventative maintenance / validations and repair of Olympus Infection Prevention equipment at customer’s premises in a timely and proficient manner. What are the key responsibilities of this position? To respond to customer repair call outs as required in a timely, professional & friendly manner. To complete the Planned Preventative maintenance of Olympus Infection Prevention equipment at customer premises nationwide. To support with the Installation of any Infection Prevention equipment at customer premises To complete the Planned Preventative maintenance of Infection Prevention equipment at customer premises nationwide. To carry out water validation on the Infection Prevention equipment at the customer premises nationwide. To follow documented controlled procedures to undertake all works and report works accurately using the company’s service management system. To ensure that the company vehicle is maintained. To cover technical support using Augmented Reality whilst on call Work closely with the customers AED on site through the validation testing What skills and qualifications are we looking for? HNC in electronics preferred or equivalent experience – Essential Previous experience of HTM-01-06 guidelines - Desirable Previous experience of performing in a technical field service team - Desirable Possess an aptitude for knowledge in the field of Electro Medical devices - Desirable Must have Bio Medical Equipment experience - Desirable Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills Ability to present information in a structured and balanced way Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work as part of a team Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours.
