Site Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview* As a Site Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day to day maintenance and safety of the site as a whole. *Duties* - Carry out pest control work and liaise with contractor in order to maintain pest free site. - General contractor control including arranging permits for working at height and hot work - To assist and carry out building and service repairs. - To operate fork-lift trucks as and when required. - To assist in general day to day maintenance of building and grounds, including light fittings, painting, gardening and widespread general construction work. - To assist in the monitoring and removal of all factory waste. - Maintaining accurate records of Maintenance activity *Skills* - Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment and machinery requirements - Familiarity with electrical systems and logic controllers - Computer Literacy - CMMS experience (Agility, Piranha preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £38,000 Benefits * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm Friday 8am-3pm * Overtime * Weekend availability Experience: * CMMS: 3 years (required) * Maintenance: 3 years (required)
