Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday
Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm
Salary:£39,900 per annum

Trevett Servicesare currently searching for aMaintenance Electrician (static site)for a Permanentrole based in the Cambridge Area in a Research Facility.

Duties:

• Confidently handle all PPM and Reactive Maintenance.
• Mechanical Maintenance across the site.
• Defect Investigation.
• Resolving Defects.
• Modifications and Installations of Mechanical Building Services/ Plant in Lab buildings and support areas.
• Technical Support for the mechanical teams and estate.
• Production of site surveys and plant schedules.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical plan equipment.
• Health and Safety regulations knowledge.
• Flexible to participate in on call system.

Benefits:

• On call bonus of 10% (Up to £5k bonus per annum)
