Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Oversight: Manage and coordinate electrical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet quality and budgetary standards.
* Team Leadership: Lead project teams, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and integration.
* Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success and satisfaction.
* Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
* Innovative Solutions: Integrate modern construction methods and technologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Sustainability Focus: Contribute to achieving sustainability goals, including net-zero carbon initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Need:
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, contract management, and project execution.
* Construction Experience: Familiarity with construction processes, including sequencing and commercial management to control costs.
* Health & Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and welfare practices to ensure a safe work environment.
* Quality Assurance Skills: Experience in quality assurance processes and system integration for successful project delivery.
* Education & Experience: Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in a contracts management role.
