Multi-Skilled Engineer - London - Temporary (Immediate Start) Location: London Hours of Work: Shift - 4 on / 4 off Days and Nights Hourly Pay Rate: £33.18p/h Via Umbrella A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer based in London area on a temporary contract working on a large site. Key Responsibilities include: * Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing * Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings * Booster sets * Heating systems * Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) * Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) * Plumbing - Unblocking toilets * BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) * UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings * General building fabric * Monitor mechanical plant The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: * City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (prefered not essential) * You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) * A proven track record in commercial building maintenance * An understanding of commercial building maintenance * Multi-skilled * Good communication skills * Excellent customer service skills If this role would be of any interest or you know someone that might be of interest then please do apply below
