Mechanical Supervisor Holland Data Centre This Building Services Management Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis on a data centre project in Amsterdam. THE COMPANY - A market leader in Europe - 25 years in the industry - Predicted turnover of é500million for 2024 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR * Supervise Sub-Contractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. * The Mechanical Supervisor will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to quality standards. * Lead toolbox talks * The Mechanical Supervisor will monitor and perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mechanical equipment. * Engaging with the Supply Chain and support the contractor delivery and commissioning process. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR * The Mechanical Supervisor will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within building services * Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour in a multi-trade environment. * The Mechanical Supervisor will be mechanically qualified with SSSTS or SMSTS. * 2-5 years within a Mechanical Supervisor role * Must have experience on big piping projects.
