Prime Appointments are currently on the lookout for a talented Electronics Test Engineer to join an innovative manufacturer based near Colchester. As a result of continuous expansion our client is looking for a forward thinking engineer to join their fast growing team! You will get the opportunity to expand your current skills with the support of their top training and development plan. As an Electronics Test Engineer you will be required to: Develop C++ code in Visual Studio to automate testing processes and create graphical user interfaces Prepare comprehensive test reports for new products and organize results for future reference Collaborate with different departments to resolve any issues identified during testing Perform soldering of cables and connectors used in testing, as well as replace and troubleshoot faulty or missing components Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and independently manage multiple tasks assigned by the test manager Conduct technical tests and investigations on a variety of new and existing products using equipment such as Virtual Network Analysers, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies (including HV), and othersBenefits: 25 days annual leave Life assurance - 4x salary Quarterly team nights out/lunches Wellbeing programmeIf you feel like you meet the above criteria & would like to be considered for the Electronics Test Engineer opportunity, please apply with your CV and contact Mark at Prime Appointments for a confidential chat. #Tier1
