Embedded Software Engineer ­ C/C++ and Audio/Video                                                                                   – Contract –                                          Outside IR35 £70 per hour Contract  - Cambridge (flexible working available) SoCode have partnered with a long standing client to present an opportunity that provides the chance to work on a highly exciting project with a market leader My client is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer who has demonstrable experience using tools related to the media industry. Thisis a chance to join a dynamic and multi­disciplinary team with scope to be involved in various facets of the project. Essential: • Highly proficient in C/C++ • Experience with open­source video and audio solutions e.g. mpv, ffmpeg and gstreamer • In depth understanding of Linux environments and Embedded system development (low­latency and real­time sytems).
