Quality Engineer's Company Benefits
35K to 40k DOE, 23 Days Holiday Entitlement, Pension, Company Events, Free Parking and Development & Training and 37 hours a week Mon to Fri.
Quality Engineer's Responsibilities include:
- Conduct investigations to quality problems
- Maintain, manage and update QMS system
- Maintain H&S
- Good knowledge of using and programming CMM
- Raise and investigate non-conformance
- Maintain internal, suppler and external audits
- Maintain and supporting achievement of and sustaining ISO9001, as well as preparing for IATF certification
- Create and continuously improve quality processes and documentation to meet certification requirements
- Goods in inspection
Quality Engineer's Persons Specifications include:
- Prior experience in an quality-based position in automotive or aerospace manufacturing environment
- Exceptional focus on details
- Capability to function efficiently under time constraints and meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of using and programming CMM
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with both mechanical and electronic assembly and test
- Full understanding of the 8D process and management
- Familiarity with ISO9001/IATF/AS9100
- FMEA assessment
