A well run family-owned regional M&E contactor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across East Anglia are searching for a Mechanical Estimator. You will be working with an established, tight-knit team
Jark Cambridge are proud to be representing this market leading Mechanical firm who specialise in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, bespoke residential, arts & leisure, student accommodation, corporate offices and Air Conditioning. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be based out of there head office tendering for Contracts up to £2.5milliom.
Duties
Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard.
Strong skills in Mechanical Estimating and Cost Control.
Obtain competitive and accurate quotations from Mechanical specialists.
Liaising with other members of the estimating team and contracts managers.
Carry out estimates using Mechanical packages.
Develop working relationships with design consultants, main contractors and clients to establish communication paths.
Person Specification
Previous experience of a similar role within a building services contracting environment.
Electrically qualified, with associated qualifications.
Proven track record of successfully tendering for projects ranging from £500k-2.5million.
