Where do we work?


Wherever you are most productive. Either the main office in central Farnham, Surrey or at home. Our current team come into the office at least once a week to keep team dynamics healthy, and the Senior Mechanical Engineer will be expected to travel into London and other sites across the UK too.

  • Excellent levels of communication with clients from initial kick off meeting through to handover.
  • Manage & lead projects, liasing with internal design team members and external figures (architects, interior designers, planning consultancies)
  • Producing full RIBA Stage 3 & 4 documentation to a high level of quality.
  • Manage an effective, productive, and growing team of low carbon service design engineers
  • Work with the executive team to continue to improve customer satisfaction and implementation of processes to improve project delivery
  • Site visits and design team meeting attendance
  • Work actively with subcontractors to support overall team delivery goals
  • Assist with active recruitment of new team members

The technical stuff

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field
  • Over 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer (building services)
  • In-depth knowledge of team management techniques and best practices
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
