1st/2nd Line IT Engineer

Role: 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer Location: North West Salary: up to £25,000 DOE Work Structure: Remote Our client, a leading construction and engineering firm are expanding their team due to requiring additional resources to help deal with demands of the business. They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer who are happy to work fully remote, with occasional office visits (nationwide) every 3-4 months. Please note you must have a driving licence and own vehicle to be considered due to the occasional office visits. Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base of around 300+ Log, triage and resolve incoming tickets remotely via email, phone and remote desktop Software support including installation Device builds and configurations Manage user accounts, giving access and permissions where necessary Ensuring efficient running's of all IT equipmentTechnical Skillset: Active Directory / Group Policies Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, OneDrive, Intune, SharePoint) Windows 10/11 support Sentinel One AV Mimecast Acronis backups VOIP ServicesBenefits: Company laptop, phone and phone contract provided 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays Perk Box Vouchers Private pension and healthcare benefits Cycle to work scheme Continuous staff development opportunitiesThe role would be suitable for someone that is passionate about all things IT, you are enthusiastic and love to bring new idea's to the table!
