Electrician - Housing - Installation - Retrofit
We are working with a forward thinking contractor who specialise in providing energy-efficient solutions through Social Housing or Government Funded Schemes, offering a diverse range of services.
They are looking for a permanent Electrician to join their team.
Requirements for the role:
The successful candidate must possess:
A full drivers license
BSth Edition IEE Regulations, preferably amendment 2
BS2391, 2394/5 or equivalent certification
City & Guilds 2399 or equivalent in Solar PV (desirable but not mandatory)
City & Guilds Level 3 and AM2 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience (preferred but not mandatory, as further training will be provided)
Experience in renewables (preferred but not mandatory, as further training will be provided)
Responsibilities of a Electrician:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Wiring in ventilation systems
Working on S-Plans and Y-Plans for Air Source Heat Pump Installations
Wiring up heating systems and Installing new heating controls
Installing Solar PV Wiring
Other duties as required
