The Support analyst will be dealing with a range of mostly 1st/2nd issues and some third. They will be triaging and closing tickets and providing general IT Support to the business. You will provide technical support and administration for all end-user software, hardware, and connectivity. Responsibilities: ***Delivering 1st class IT Support to the business *** secure and flexible technology solutions ***Ensuring resilient cost-effective solutions that enable business goals ***Inclusion of Project work to help focus on business IT alignment ***Management of all Cloud admin estate Technology: ***Windows OS’s, Desktop Support on Software and Hardware ***Strong skills across Microsoft Office 365 – Admin and Licensing ***Strong Azure Admin Skills - Azure Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO ***Solid Troubleshooting process experience ***Understanding Core Networking TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP ***Skills with Exchange, PowerShell, SaaS Products Desirable skills: ***Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical approach ***Ability to work under pressure and complete work to deadlines and SLA's both as part of a team and individually ***Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms.
