Metalis are working alongside a prestigious manufacturer who due to expansion are looking for experienced CNC Grinder's to join their growing team in Wigston.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC Grinding Machines
• Working to engineering drawings & specifications
• Inspecting components ensuring they meet approved quality standards
• Work to daily production targets ensuring to consistently achieve all production & quality targets set
• Operating CMM Machinery to support inspection requirements
• Adhering to strict health & safety policies and procedures

Shifts & Salary:

• 16.95ph, overtime available at enhanced rates
• 26 days holiday floating + 7 statutory days (holiday entitlement increases upon length of service)
• 3 Shift Pattern - Days, Afternoons & Nights:
  • Shift 1: 05:45 - 13:45 Monday - Thursday, 05:45 - 10:45 Friday
  • Shift 2: 13:45 - 21:45 Monday - Thursday, 10:45 - 15:45 Friday
  • Shift 3: 21:45 - 05:45 Monday - Thursday, 15:45 - 20:45 Friday

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience in CNC machining or machinery
• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous CMM experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Inspection experience
• Ability to work to production & quality targets that are set
