F Gas Minor Works Supervisor

C.Neo Ltd are working with a Small Medium Enterprise based in High Wycombe to recruit an experienced F Gas bias Minor Works Supervisor with experience undertaking Air Conditioning and mechanical minor works projects based near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire covering the South of the UK. The ideal F Gas Minor Works Supervisor will need to be a strong Air Conditioning bias multi skilled engineer with the want to help grow a minor works divsion with a step in to a Supervisors role. As an F Gas bias Minor Works Supervisor you will • Undertake Surveys for Small Works & Projects. • Issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Programme • Self Deliver Extra Works as Quoted. • Understand the full scope of the works to be delivered. This is to include Budget requirements and required profit margins. • Ensure QHSE practices and processes are fully embedded in each work task. • Supervise the day-to-day operational aspects of the extra work “end to end”. Activities to include but not limited to Sub-Contractor management and site supervisory duties. • Ensure Client acceptance is adhered to, in writing and in line with the Scope of Works • Ensures all documents are complete, current and appropriately stored. • Review and manage ongoing job cost accounting, to allow timely reviews of effectiveness and profitability of all work performed. • Develop and implement growth measures to increase sales volume of the Division, included promotion and sales of HVAC service capabilities to customer facilities, preventative maintenance. • Develop and monitor budgets, goals and objectives to ensure Departmental profitability
