Principal Radio Frequency Design Engineer

We are seeking a Principal RF Design Engineer to join a leading company specializing in high-capacity wireless solutions. This role focuses on the design, development, and testing of RF hardware components for point-to-multipoint (PMP) microwave systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RF circuit design, PCB layout, and hands-on testing, along with a strong background in microwave technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RF hardware components, including transmitters, receivers, and antennas.
• Perform simulations, schematic capture, and PCB layout for RF circuits.
• Conduct lab testing and validation of RF designs, ensuring compliance with performance specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF hardware into larger systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in RF hardware design, with a focus on microwave systems.
• Proficiency in RF design tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS) and PCB design software.
• Strong understanding of RF testing and measurement techniques.
