Software Test Engineer Opportunity – GIS Expertise Required £50,000 - £70,000 Durham / Remote CPS Group are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join a global testing and quality company working on an exciting large-scale project within the utilities sector. The project involves working with advanced technologies, including Maximo , Oracle CC , and GIS , making it an ideal position for those looking to enhance their experience with cutting-edge systems. Experience in ESRI and GIS with responsibilities that include Requirement Analysis, Test Planning & Design, Test Execution and Reporting will be essential. Support the migration of GIS desktop application (Elyx Office 2.10) to the Esri suite of GIS applications (11.Experience of identifying key areas of risk as part of GiS upgrade - Work closely with a dedicated team to develop and implement solutions using Maximo, Oracle CC, and GIS technology. Play a key role in driving the project forward, ensuring the effective integration of GIS tools. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. Strong GIS experience (VertiGIS preferred, but not required). A background in software development with experience in system integration. A flexible and adaptable individual who can work from the Durham office for the first few months (2 days per week), with more flexibility as the project progresses.
