Static Building Services Engineer

Position: Static Building Services Engineer Location: W1W area of London Duration: Permanent Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 subject to experience level We are looking for a Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on a large Static site in London This site is a multi story office building manned with two other multi skilled engineers The right person for this position will have a strong building services background, they need to be holding a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification We need this engineer to have strong mechanical knowledge dealing with fan coils, pumps, plant rooms, water testing as well as electrical maintenance. This is a large static site so there will be no company vehicle Requirements Strong background in commercial building services maintenance Level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification Strong mechanical knowledge Happy to commute into London Must be able to communicate well with the client Good team player Package Basic salary subject to experience level Pension Monday to Friday position No on call 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Modern working environment If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP
