Quality Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing) £50,000-£70,000 + Career Progression + Direct Reporting to CEO + Market Leading Aerospace Manufacturer + OEM + Friday Early Finish Southampton Are you an assertive Quality Manager with experience within a Highly regulated Industry (i.e: Aerospace, Defence, Missile Manufacture, Medical or Pharmaceutical) who is looking for a key role within a successful and fast growing organisation who have the lowest return rates in their industry? Do you like the idea of having the freedom to manage and grow your own department, with direct reporting to the CEO and the freedom to guide the quality departments future direction and recruitment strategy the way you want to, whilst balancing the needs of the business and maintaining the lowest defect return rates in the industry? Our client are a successful Aerospace manufacturer who are markets leaders in their products and supply into the worlds most famous aeronautical brands. They are a well established, medium sized company, who are growing fast and recognise the need to maintain their industry leading quality standards.
