Staff Engineer - Frontend Engineer

Staff Frontend Engineer InsurTech - London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office) We are working with an innovative InsurTech company that is reshaping how commercial insurance is traded. They are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to be the first frontend hire, working on greenfield projects to develop their customer-facing platform. This company operates within the InsurTech sector, helping businesses find and manage commercial insurance solutions. The platform will enable customers to track sales and manage insurance transactions more efficiently. As a Frontend Engineer, you will: - Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate data visualization features. - Take full ownership of frontend development, driving the technical direction. - Assist with backend and infrastructure tasks in a small, agile team as needed. Strong expertise in React, Typescript, and NextJS. - Experience working with Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. - Proven ability to build greenfield projects in fast-paced environments. - Comfortable being the go-to person for frontend development in a small, cross-functional team. -
