An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio Covering Central London/ East London and Essex.
GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to covering Central London/ East London and Essex. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and Essex.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical and Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £45,000 with overtime, , training + Van and Fuel Card (Personal use).
This role would also require a clean DBS check.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- PPM's and Reactive works
- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance
- HVAC Maintenance
- AHU's, FCU's and Chillers
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Updating site log books
- Provide further works reports where required
- Completing all works to a high standard
Required Skills:
- Level 3 in Electrical
- 17th / 18th Edition
- Working experience in a Building Services environment
