Structural Engineer

Role: Structural Engineer Location: Leicester Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Rise10 are working with a market leading Engineering and Surveying company based in Leicester who are looking to appoint a Principal or Associate Structural Engineer. Duties: * Undertake structural design on both structural and civil engineering projects within commercial, residential, industrial and education sectors on projects up to £30 million. * Manage a team of project engineers and technicians. * Work on numerous projects at one time and allocate resources to meet deadlines. * Represent the company at meetings. * Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors. * Write reports and project documentation. * Use relevant engineering design software such as AutoCAD. Skills and Experience: * Hold a BEng/Meng qualification and have a minimum of 7 years post graduate experience. * Be chartered or working towards chartership status through IStructE or ICE. * Design experience and structural analysis skills in materials such as steel concrete and timber. * Can use relevant engineering design software such as AutoCAD. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Team leader experience.
