Electrical Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical QS / Electrical Supervisor to join an award-winning specialist provider of commercial property maintenance services for commercial and residential clients across the Southeast . ROLE:ELECTRICAL QS / ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR LOCATION: Sidcup, Kent. You could be searching for ELECTRICAL QUALIFIED SUPERVISOR/ ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR jobs in Kent, London, Sidcup, Bromley, Dartford, Swanley, Greenwich, Gravesend, Orpington. SALARY: £40K - £50K basic plus company van/ car allowance, expenses, benefits, pension. HOURS: 45-hour week. Monday- Friday. With flexibility between 7am and 6pm. Overtime opportunities are available on weekend/evenings if desired. As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor / Electrical QS, your role will be focusing on post-electrical work analysis to ensure that the company are meeting both industry and in-house company standards; whilst supporting the team with technical expertise and o verseeing the quality of electrical installation work completed. Duties and responsibilities include: Plan and schedule projects. Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects. Generate quotations. Carry out electrical reports. Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects. Supervise electricians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed. Liaise directly with the electrical engineers on-site to assist with improving workplace practices. Interact with clients on-site in a technical assistance function. Provide sign off certification. Oversee the training of the electricians to improve the quality of test and inspection . As an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor/ Electrical Supervisor, with at least 2-3 years in an Electrical Qualified Supervisory role, you will have a full understanding of electrical safety and building compliance regulations including the latest revision of the Electrotechnical Assessment Specification (EAS). You will be fully certified as an Electrical Engineer, qualified to 18th edition, with an Electrical/ Inspecting & Testing qualification, a strong electrical engineering background, commercial electrical installation experience as well as a strong fault-finding ability, a team player mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
