An ideal candidate will have a combination of the following skills: Expertise: 5+ years of backend development experience using languages like C#, .Net Database Mastery: Strong experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases. Cloud Savvy: Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. API Expertise: Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs, and familiarity with GraphQL is a bonus. Expert in Agile, TDD practice Problem Solver: Ability to tackle complex challenges and optimize systems for speed, reliability, and efficiency. CI/CD & DevOps: Knowledge of continuous integration, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus. Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members. Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
