As part of their expert team, you'll have the opportunity to lead large-scale major projects across the country and shape the future of the business.   As a Principal Design Engineer, you will oversee the design, technical specifications, and delivery of complex electrical connection projects at 132kV, working closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.   The Role: Lead and manage the design and delivery of  33kv - 132kV electrical infrastructure projects. Provide expert technical oversight and guidance on high voltage (HV) design and engineering challenges. Act as the key technical authority, working closely with clients and project stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions. Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation. Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and audits to maintain exceptional quality standards. Support major project construction phases and offer SAP guidance when necessary. Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of 132kV systems.
