Job Opening: CNC Turner Programmer/Setter (Night Shift) Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6 PM – 6 AM Pay Rate: £19.50 - £22 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setters to join our client’s team on a permanent night shift. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating HAAS lathes to produce precision components. This role provides diverse tasks and opportunities for career advancement. Key Responsibilities: * Operate HAAS lathes. * Manufacture components to precise tolerances based on technical drawings. * Keep a clean and organized workspace. * Perform additional tasks as required. Qualifications: * Proficient in setting up and operating CNC lathes; programming experience is highly desirable. * Familiarity with HAAS control systems preferred, but experience with Fanuc is also considered. * Skilled in using inspection and measuring tools. * Ability to read and accurately interpret engineering drawings. * Commitment to producing high-tolerance components. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations. * Ability to work both independently and in a team. * Strong attention to detail. * Experience with 4th and 5th axis machining is a plus.
