Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience)+ quarterly Profit Share Bonus

The Role:
We are seeking a Field-Based Engineer to cover South East/West England, including occasional trips to London. You ll carry out LOLER inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on care home equipment. This is a remote role, with flexible working and only one visit per month required to the head office in Bedford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct LOLER inspections and PPM (training provided).
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults.
- Maintain detailed service records.
- Communicate effectively with care home staff.
- Meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
- Electromechanical skills with experience in maintenance
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Comfortable with travel across South East/West England and occasional trips to South West London.
- Preventative maintenance mindset
- Customer centric in providing a positive customer experience
