Additional experience / capability to support your role as Lecturer Civil Engineering:
- Degree level qualification in civil engineering (or closely related subject)
- Teaching qualification level 5 (or committed to achieving one through funded support with MKC Training)
- Knowledge of construction industry / civil engineering either through industry experience or industry based research
- Expertise in structures, construction methods, design, materials, BIM, hydraulics, geotechnics or highways
- Understanding of Health & Safety in construction
- Knowledge of sustainable construction methods
- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g EngTech, IEng or CEng with ICE, IStructE, or CIOB)
