Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Our Client is a market leading manufacturer and are looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician with a background in machine repair, PPM and problem solving at their Barnsley site. What you can expect in this role: Production plant and equipment maintenance Planned and preventative maintenance Day to day machine breakdown resolution Work a 4 shift rota, 7 days, including nights, days, earlys and afters What we need from you: Be an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 4 years industrial experience, NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent. Have previous experience in a fast paced engineering environment. Be computer literate with experience of CMMS systems Be able to work under your own initiative Be willing to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department.
