Above all else, you will be a deeply ambitious engineer who is able to inspire and motivate a team, whilst also remaining technically and commercially excellent. Ideally, you will have flare for developing business, as well as supporting more junior staff on their pathway to getting chartered. You will work across diverse sectors including commercial, residential, academia, healthcare, listed buildings and beyond. They have over 25 years' experience delivering engineering solutions to the construction and property industry. They operate locally, nationally and internationally, and aim to provide prompt personal competitive professional service on all of their projects. In particular, their knowledge of the local market, architects, developers and contractors enables them to provide efficient and cost-effective designs and advice to their clients.
