LLM Engineer

AI Engineer (LLMs) Salary: £90 - 110k Central London Hybrid: 1-2 days in office per week Fintech Responsibilities Oversee the E2E lifecycle of AI models, from development to deployment and monitoring. Build and fine-tune LLM applications, using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Deploy and maintain production-grade LLM applications in a cloud environment (AWS). Lead technical projects, develop POCs, and contribute to innovative AI/ML solutions. Participate in architecture and code reviews to continuously refine quality and scalability of applications Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML operations, tools, and best practices. Experience : Strong engineering/Data Science background with experience in ML techniques and algorithms. Experience building applications with LLMs, using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Deep knowledge of generative AI methods and RAG Systems Familiarity with SDLC, enterprise software patterns, and front-end technologies like React and JavaScript highly beneficial Knowledge of OpenAI's API Experience building and shipping software
