My client, an expert in renewable energy, is looking for a heating engineer to train in one of the many sectors they cover. From solar panels to battery storage, and heat pumps to underfloor heating, my client handles it all. They are installing renewable energy solutions across the South of the UK with a mission to make the country more energy-efficient. This role is ideal for a heating engineer who is eager to learn about renewables and develop their skills in air source heat pumps. Full training will be provided, from installation to service and maintenance, with the company covering the cost of your qualifications. You will have the opportunity to shadow the company owner himself, gaining hands-on training and experience that will help you become an expert in air source heat pump installation and servicing. The ideal candidate will have at least an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with heating systems. While heat pump experience is not essential, it would be advantageous. What's most important to my client is a hardworking individual who is eager to develop their skill set and is ready to dive in.
