Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Miller with Hurco experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines, primarily Hurco. * Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-precision parts. * Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency. * Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Troubleshoot issues, conduct basic machine maintenance, and ensure machines run efficiently. * Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow. * Continuously strive to improve production processes and efficiencies. Requirements: * Proven experience as a CNC Miller with specific expertise in Hurco machines. * Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications. * Strong understanding of CNC programming (Hurco conversational programming preferred). * Competency in using measuring equipment to ensure parts meet required tolerances. * Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. * Experience in [industry sector] would be advantageous.
