Head of DevOps

We are looking for an experienced Head of DevOps to lead our DevOps strategy, improve our tools and processes, and ensure smooth collaboration between development and operations teams. In this leadership role, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure, while promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. As Head of DevOps, you’ll ensure our systems are stable, scalable, and secure, helping to support the fast growth of our technology platform. Responsibilities: Guide and support a team of DevOps engineers, encouraging a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and a focus on constant improvement. Manage large development teams, making sure DevOps practices are well integrated into all projects. Set up and oversee scalable, secure infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and other modern tools. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software releases. Stay current with industry trends and new technologies, constantly looking for ways to improve our DevOps processes. Provide clear direction for the DevOps team, ensuring our work supports the company’s goals. Report DevOps performance to senior management and suggest ways to optimize and improve. Skills & Experiences Required: 5+ years of experience in a Senior DevOps role, focusing on AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker & Kubernetes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing team. Significant experience managing large development teams and handling complex DevOps operations. Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and configuration management tools Strong expertise in cloud computing, with a focus on AWS and Azure services Experienced with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes Great problem-solving abilities, able to resolve complex issues in high-pressure situations Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various teams and stakeholder What’s In It For You: Lead a talented team of DevOps professionals and play a crucial role in transforming our technology landscape while advancing your career in a high-visibility position.
