Join our innovative client as a Senior QA Engineer, where youll take a lead role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems. This fully remote position is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in manual testing. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies, focusing on API and database validation. Create and maintain test cases for new and existing features in a fast-paced Agile environment. Perform in-depth exploratory, ad-hoc, and regression testing across various environments. Validate the integration of APIs, databases, and backend services. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure robust testing coverage. Identify and document test gaps and proactively work to close them. Maintain a balance between manual testing and contributing to automated test efforts when appropriate. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering, with a focus on manual testing. Proven expertise in API testing (e.g., using Postman, SoapUI) and database validation (SQL skills preferred). Hands-on experience with complex enterprise systems. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and testing processes. Solid knowledge of testing tools and best practices for ensuring data integrity across different environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
