In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping their engineering practices, driving project development, and ensuring excellence in every aspect of the engineering operations. Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, lead, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment. Best Practices & Standards: Develop and implement engineering best practices, processes, and standards to optimise productivity, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create professional development plans tailored to each team member’s growth and career progression. Industry Awareness: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating new advancements into the engineering processes and strategies.
