Performance Data Engineer

Data Engineer 6 month contract, flexible rate, outside IR35, hybrid (approx. We are currently looking for a DV Cleared Data Engineer to join one of our key clients in the Defence sector. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our client's data infrastructure. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, Architects and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality data processing, governance, and availability. Data Integration: Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica to ensure seamless data integration from various sources. Data Governance: Implement and uphold data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Database Management: Manage and optimise databases, ensuring efficient data storage and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, workflows, and system architectures. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance data processes and systems.
