Job Title: Principle Software Developer Location: Orpington, Kent Salary/Rate: £95,000 to £130,000 per year Job Type: Permanent Company Introduction: We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity with one of the world's best known motorsport brands. They are currently seeking a talented Principle Software Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. Job Responsibilities/Objectives: You will be responsible for the design, development, and support of innovative software solutions critical to the company's operations. 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies. 2. Provide technical expertise on high-quality code, ensuring robust and scalable software solutions. 3. Debug and troubleshoot issues within production systems, working on bug fixes and system enhancements. 4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. 5. Ensure the implementation of development best practices, including unit testing, documentation, and process adherence. Required Skills/Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following: 1. Strong understanding within C# and .NET development. 2. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. 3. Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases. 4. Proficiency with asynchronous programming and multi-threaded environments. Desirable Skills/Experience: Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client: 1. Experience with microservices architecture and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes). 2. Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis. 3. Exposure to real-time or high-frequency data processing environments. 4.
