CNC Machinist / Toolmaker

CNC Machinist / Toolmaker Opportunity to join a stable, growing, fast-paced manufacturing business and play an integral part in meeting business objectives and customer satisfaction by providing fabrication and precision engineering solutions to support to their fast paced production environment. What you’ll be doing: * Fabricating tools, jigs & fixtures using processes such as milling, turning, grinding, welding * Design, manufacture and validate jigs and fixtures for production areas * Conduct mechanical investigations/reviews for any mechanical issues reported with tools, jigs and fixtures * Use CAD system to produce technical drawings * Programme / set CNC machinery Experience you will have: * Fabrication, fitting, turning, milling and general precision engineering and fabrication skills for materials such as aluminium, sheet steel and plastics * Relevant engineering qualification * Able to read and produce technical drawings using CAD * CNC experience advantageous but not essential
