Operations Efficiency Engineer

AVP Access Management and Cyber Engineer - £70,000 – Hybrid (3x week in London) I am currently recruiting for an Access Management and Cyber Engineer vacancy with one of my clients who are a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management across my clients’ banking arm and securities business under a dual-hat arrangement. Provide engineering support for Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) and Identity Access Management (RSA IGL). Gather business requirements and lead solutions for access management. Investigate and resolve incidents related to access and privileged management. Contribute to and maintain a Knowledge Management Database (KMDB). Identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements for access management procedures. Manage Active Directory accounts and groups. Generate reports using custom SQL queries. Troubleshoot workflow and API issues, especially with ServiceNow integration. Minimum Overall experience of 3-4 years in Access Management area. Experience using SQL/ PSQ and Oracle Practical experience with Web services protocols REST/SOAP and JAVA/JSP Practical experience with web development basics like HTML, CS, JS. Maintain and upgrade Linux/Windows servers and databases SQL/Oracle Good to excellent practical experience of Microsoft Office (Inc Visio). Participate in IAM audit and review access control reports to identify potential risks. Discretionary bonus structure Hybrid (3x week in Central London)
