What You'll Do Provide day-to-day support to our operations staff, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. Be involved in problem identification and resolution for various manufacturing lines and projects. Play a key role in industrial validation, including FMEA and process proving activities. Manage design modifications and ensure configuration control across manufacturing documentation. Support non-conformance processes to uphold quality standards. Ensure processes prioritize safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Work closely with our design team during product development to ensure seamless Design for Manufacture (DfM). Develop tooling and update manufacturing instructions, ensuring all processes align with best practices.What You'll Bring A technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) and formal education to HNC level (or BEng in a relevant field). A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong skills in interpreting design drawings to produce precise manufacturing instructions. Awareness of digital communication platforms to collaborate effectively.Why This Role?
