Chatbot Developer

TrueNorth is looking for a Conversational AI Designer to join one of our clients in London on a permanent basis. This is a remote or hybrid position. Required Qualifications: Over 3 years of experience designing conversations for chatbots, voice assistants, virtual agents, or similar conversational interfaces Solid understanding of NLP concepts such as intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and language understanding models Hands-on experience with virtual agent platforms like IBM Watson, DialogFlow, or similar tools for chatbot conversation design Excellent writing and scripting skills to craft engaging, natural dialogues Desirable: Degree in fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines Programming skills, with preference for Python Experience working with Gemini, GPT, or other large language model (LLM) implementations Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms Key Details: Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 Working Arrangement: Hybrid/Flexible Please note: Applicants must already be located in the UK with the right to work in place, as sponsorship is not available for this role.
