Job Title: Infrastructure Designer Location: Fully Remote Contract: 6-month Initial Contract (Extension Likely) Rate: Up to £479 per day (via umbrella) Our financial services client requires an Infrastructure Designer for an initial 6 month period, please note this is a fully remote role. Are you an experienced Infrastructure Designer with a strong background in financial services? We are partnering with a leading financial institution to find a skilled Infrastructure Designer for a fully remote role, offering a competitive daily rate of up to £479 (via umbrella) on an initial 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support high-quality infrastructure solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards. Lead technical discussions to drive effective infrastructure strategies for scalability, reliability, and security. Work closely with DevOps and operations teams to optimize system performance and availability. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an Infrastructure Designer or similar role within financial services . Strong expertise in designing infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) , as well as traditional on-premise solutions. Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools. Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector. Ability to work remotely and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
