Competitive Remuneration:** Enjoy a comprehensive salary package that reflects your skills and experience. **Role Responsibilities:** - Define and implement maintenance strategies, processes, and procedures. - Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines, waterjet cutting, and wire cut machines. - Conduct machine geometry checking and aligning. - Analyse machine performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and proactively address them to avoid downtime. - Define critical spares and ensure a minimum quantity is available in stock. **Skills and Experience Required:** - Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of 5-axis, 3-Axis, Water jets, Wire Cut & Lathe CNC machines. - Proficiency in maintaining machine-related hydraulic and pneumatic systems. - Strong knowledge of SIEMENS and FANUC control systems. - Experience with CMS & Belotti machines is desirable. - Competence in working on assemblies such as Ball screw, Gearbox, Spindle, Linear motion, Table/Chuck, Auto tool changing, Linear scale, Spindle rotary encoder, and Axis guide ways scrapping and blue matching. - Familiarity with Fixed Table Rotating spindle type Machines. - Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code for troubleshooting purposes. **Qualifications:** Ideally hold a Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or similar - At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
