Senior Frontend Developer

Lead / Senior Front-End Developer (Permanent) We seek an experienced Lead / Senior Front-End Developer to join a dynamic team within the media and advertising industry. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £90,000 to £100,000, DOE where you will have the opportunity to drive the development of internal business-facing applications from concept to prototype, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications. Lead the development of front-end applications using modern technologies like React and Angular. Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly prototypes. Take ownership of the entire development process, from concept to proof of concept, ensuring a seamless workflow. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure their needs are met effectively. Drive innovation and best practices within the development team. Skills and Experience: Extensive experience building complex and scalable SaaS applications using React and micro-frontend architecture, showcasing a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A strong understanding of micro-service APIs and experience building performant and responsive applications that leverage them effectively. A proven track record of translating user needs into functional and engaging user interfaces, demonstrating expertise in responsive design principles. Experience in UX/UI design principles and best practices is a strong asset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for problem-solving and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles, utilizing Git for version control and collaboration. Experience with back-end development, particularly in .NET and Azure environments, is a plus and would allow you to contribute more broadly across the stack. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus. Experience in UX design collaboration. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Salary and Benefits: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
