Job Requirements / Description
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers focused on UI automation.
- Provide technical guidance and support in the development and execution of UI test automation strategies.
- Evaluate and select appropriate UI testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, Katalon or others.
- Lead the development and maintenance of UI Automation Framework and Automated test scripts.
- Implement effective defect management processes within the UI automation framework.
- Integrate UI automation into the CI/CD pipeline for efficient and automated test execution.
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on UI automation.
- Proven experience in leading UI automation efforts and managing a team.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of UI automation.
