Your new role

• Working in a mobile role you will cover commercial sites across South London.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs.
• Paid 30 minutes travel time each way.
• Monday - Friday role working 7:30am-5:30pm.
• 1 in 10/11 call out - paid at either time + half or double time.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
• Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs.
• City & Guilds AC and Refridgeration qualification needed.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
