Head of Software EngineeringWe are delighted to be working with a global technology company who are providing products to the legal sector to recruit a Head of Software Engineering. The organisation has grown via acquisition and currently have a federated technology structure with a variety of products making up their technology stack.We are looking for someone to:Create a centralised engineering function and to lead on the strategy and processes around engineeringProvide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering teamsOrganise the engineering function, aligning with business needsBe able to dive down into detail when requireddemonstrate experience of leading web platforms, particularly with .NET technologiesWe want someone who has demonstrable experience of leading, growing and transforming engineering functions.This is a permanent position which can be remote with travel to office locations in the UK (London, Reading)For more information please contact Neil Raichura
